about

Written for the 1998-1999 PTA Reflections Contest, it was performed at the awards ceremony for which I played piano and Noah Scully, a classmate, played flügelhorn. This song is a medley of unrelated musical ideas I had at the time. It employs simple voicings and textures with frequent key changes. The beauty of this piece lies mostly in its melodies and minimally in their arrangement and execution.
